Honestly the most lovely, professional person . Gemma is extremely thorough in explaining and providing the treatment to you before, during and after . Had a few experiences with painful lip filler but literally did not notice her inserting the needl Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is definitely the only aesthetic person I will use again.
